The Plan
In order to produce a complete analysis and assessment of the church property, the Simmons Security Solutions consultant will observe the church procedures and offer a solution that is unique to the needs of the congregation.
The completed report includes:
- The church’s mission and vision statements, policies, procedures, training, personnel, physical measures, and electronic systems.
- A review of the video surveillance and the alarm system equipment.
- A crime report of recent crimes that have occurred on and around the property.
- The auditor meets with the pastor, staff, and board if needed.
- A complete facility overview, with photos included.
- A detailed survey of each segment of the property.
- An extensive survey of the building, entrances, exits, hallways, classrooms and children’s area.
- Measurement of the available light in parking lots.
